I guess in the end the biggest secret there is today is how the world is ruled, managed by those who manage our life on the grand scale. Is this a matter of influence and rule by the big powers, USA, Russia, the emerging China, the old diminishing in influence pair of Britain and France? Or to what extend are Germany and Japan allowed to play their economic roles on the world stage?
Is what I'm trying to question here nothing but a bunch of crap by a confused old man who has been around too long but getting nowhere.
For a long time I believed that the world was ruled by a handful of fools who by being able to rise to the top managed somehow to keep the world somewhat stable. What I'm trying to say here is that the owners and keepers of the big bombs more or less managed to rule the world. There is no need to take stock of these gadgets who knows how much of this horrible junk is hidden and where but much information is in the public domain.
At the top of the list: The USA and the Russian Federation , The United States has 2500 bombs stored and constantly dragged around in the air, the 7 seas and god knows where. Then Russia, Submarines and stationary installations, one place is the former Koenigsberg where a bunch of these things are still aimed or ready to go and wipe out Europe. Russia is estimated to have 8000 of these gadgets, smaller configurations but similar firepower to the USA. So much for the big boys.
France and Britain, own and control about 300 each. And then there is China. India & Pakistan. North Korea. Israel of course.
I'm not sure I missed anybody. A few other countries are tinkering with the idea of joining this devils club.
